Whispers and secrets
Sometime between 1919 and 1923
The darkness was warm and sweet. It contained everything she ever wanted: importance, uniqueness, the purpose of her life.
And him.
She gasped for air as she rolled to her side, the man next to her came closer again, pulling her into a tight, strong embrace.
„Tell me a story, honey.” he whispered that the woman could feel his breath tickling her ear. It made her shudder in kind of a good way and Rowan Corbitt made a short and tired laugh, more like a sigh filled with joy.
„You were fucking me so hard I still can’t calm down and you don’t give me some rest?
„You’re not that type who ever needs rest.” said the man, making Rowan chuckle. „I want to hear a story about the secret passion of your work.”
„I thought you have no interest in magical relics, Gellert.” Rowan raised an eyebrow. Gellert Grindelwald looked at her with his incredible blue eyes which had always paralyzed her. There were so many things in those eyes. Not only that mesmerizing charm she couldn’t resist but power and hidden knowledge, something she had never seen or felt in other men. Something that made her willing to belong to him. To be his.
And she could never say no to him.
„I have interest in you… your spirit, your skills.” his whisper was thrilling and also claiming but Rowan did not feel that. „Did you know that one of my relatives is a well-known historian? And you do seem to know more about artefacts even than her.”
„Maybe that’s true.” Rowan Corbitt smiled as the man pressed a light kiss at the corner of her mouth. „So what tale would you like to hear then?”
„Something you think would fit me. Or something which would help to fulfill our dream.”
Our dream. One of the purposes that connected them to each other and Rowan believed it will never break in their entire life. She closed her eyes, enjoying the man’s eager touch.
„All right. I’m sure you’ve heard the well-known part of this tale before but believe me, my love, I gonna tell you a story about one brother, older to two others which are not known by any historian, no matter how hard they try to reveal it's secret..”
